Because our courses are delivered digitally with immediate access to proprietary materials, please review the refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Course Purchases

All courses offered on BuildWealthRetireRich.com are digital educational products delivered online. Once a course is purchased, you receive immediate access to course materials, which may include videos, downloadable resources, worksheets, and other educational content.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final, except under the limited circumstances described below.

2. Limited Refund Window

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
  • The course must not be substantially accessed or completed.
  • No certificates, downloads, or premium resources associated with the course should have been fully accessed.

If these conditions are not met, the refund request may be declined.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window.
  • A significant portion of the course content has already been accessed.
  • Course materials, templates, worksheets, or downloads have been accessed or downloaded.
  • The course was purchased during a special promotion, bundle offer, or discounted event marked as non-refundable.
  • The request is based on personal preference after viewing the course materials.
  • Failure to complete the course.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Once verified, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course materials, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues. Refunds will not be issued for technical issues that can be resolved by our support team.

6. Live Training, Workshops, or Masterclasses

If a course includes live sessions, webinars, or masterclasses, refunds may not be issued once the live session has been attended or access to the session has been provided.

Recorded versions of sessions may be provided when available.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of course access
  • Permanent account restrictions
  • Ineligibility for future purchases on the platform
